Terms of service.

By scheduling a service with LUXEANGLE Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Property Readiness

To achieve the best possible results, the property must be prepared prior to our arrival. Our photographers will shoot the property AS-IS. We do not provide cleaning, staging, or moving services. The final quality of the media is directly linked to the home’s readiness at the time of the shoot.

2. Delivery & Payment Process

  • Next-Day Delivery: We provide next-business-day delivery for most media packages (Monday - Friday).

  • Payment: To receive final, high-resolution, non-watermarked media, you must pay the full invoice amount through our secure gallery checkout system. Your payment unlocks the immediate download of all files. All sales are final once media is downloaded.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee (Reshoot Policy)

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds after a service has been performed, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the media due to technical issues or artistic preference, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a one-time complimentary reshoot of the specific areas in question.

  • Reshoots due to property readiness issues (e.g., house not cleaned, clutter) or weather-related changes not requested in advance will incur a standard reshoot fee.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

  • In the event of a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or if the photographer is unable to access the property (No-Show), we reserve the right to issue an invoice for a $75 Cancellation Fee.

  • Future bookings will be paused until any outstanding cancellation fees are settled.

5. Copyright & Licensing

LUXEANGLE Media, LLC remains the sole copyright holder of all media produced. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a Limited Use License to use the delivered media for the marketing of a single property listing. This license is non-transferable and may not be sold or given to any third party.

6. Portfolio & Marketing Use

You grant LUXEANGLE Media, LLC the right to use selected media from your shoot for our professional portfolio, social media, and other marketing materials to showcase our work.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
