Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a service with LUXEANGLE Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

​

1. Property Readiness To achieve the best possible results, the property must be prepared for photography prior to our arrival, as outlined in our "Home Prep Guide." Our photographers will shoot the property AS-IS. We do not provide cleaning, staging, or moving services. The

    final quality of the media is directly linked to the home's readiness.

2. Our Risk-Free Satisfaction & Payment Process We are confident in our work and offer a unique, multi-step process to ensure your total satisfaction.

  • A. Zero-Cost Booking & Photoshoot: No upfront payment or deposit is required to book your appointment. By scheduling, you agree to these Terms. We will perform the photoshoot and professionally edit the images.

  • B. Proofing & Initial Approval: After the shoot, you will receive a link to a private online gallery containing watermarked proofs for your review. This is your opportunity to ensure the quality and style meet your expectations.

  • C. Final Payment & Delivery: To receive the final, high-resolution, non-watermarked media, you must pay the full invoice amount through our secure gallery checkout system. Your payment unlocks the immediate download of the files.

  • D. The 48-Hour Full Refund Guarantee: Your peace of mind is our priority. Even after you have paid and downloaded your final images, we provide a 48-hour window for a final satisfaction review.

    • If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may contact us within this 48-hour period to request a full refund.

    • Upon processing the refund, the license to use any and all delivered media is permanently and immediately revoked. You must delete all copies of the media and are prohibited from using them in any capacity (e.g., on MLS, social media, websites, print).

    • Please understand that clients who exercise this full refund option will not be eligible for future bookings with us. This policy allows us to focus on building successful, long-term partnerships.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Since we do not require pre-payment, we rely on our clients' professional courtesy.

  • In the event of a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or if our team is unable to access the property for any reason (a "No-Show" or "Scrap Shoot"), we reserve the right to issue an invoice for a $75 Cancellation Fee to compensate for our reserved professional time and travel costs.

 

4. Copyright & Licensing LUXEANGLE Media, LLC is the sole copyright holder of all media produced. Upon receipt of your final, non-refunded payment, you are granted a Limited Use License to use the delivered media for the marketing of a single property listing. This license is

    non-transferable and may not be sold, given, or otherwise transferred to any other party.

5. Portfolio & Marketing Use We take pride in our work. You grant LUXEANGLE Media, LLC the right to use selected media from your shoot for our professional portfolio, social media, website, and other marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event of data loss or equipment failure, our sole liability will be limited to a complimentary reshoot of the property at our discretion.

7. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
