Preparing Your Home for Photography
A Guide by LUXEANGLE Media Introduction

To achieve stunning, magazine-quality photos, preparing the property is essential. This guide outlines the critical steps to ensure your home is showcased at its absolute best.
Please understand that the final quality of the images is directly linked to the home's level of readiness. Our photographers will shoot the property AS-IS upon arrival.
By following this checklist, you help us capture the full potential of the property efficiently within our scheduled time. We appreciate your partnership in this process.
Exterior Checklist
-
Vehicles: Please move all vehicles from the driveway and from the street in front of the property.
-
Clutter: Store trash cans, water hoses, garden tools, and any children's or pet's toys out of sight.
-
Surfaces: Sweep driveways, walkways, patios, and decks.
-
Landscaping: Mow the lawn, rake any leaves, and clear away yard debris. Trim overgrown bushes or trees that may be blocking the view of the house.
